How to participate in The Carl’s Jr. / Hardee’s Customer Survey?

First of all, you should open the website via the following link: www.TellHappyStar.com.

After you enter the website, you have to enter the year you were born to make sure that you are qualified to answer the survey. Click on “Next” button to begin the survey process.

Then you need to provide a 7-digit store number from your recent Carl’s Jr. or Hardee’s receipt. Just enter it to continue.

And on the next page, you can start to answer the provided questions one by one. You have to rate some areas and select the likelihood that you will return to the store or recommend it.  It should take about 4 minutes or less to complete the survey.

At the end of the survey, enter your personal contact information to receive your entry to The Happy Star Review Sweepstakes.  There is one prize winner in each period will receive a $500.00 Carl’s Jr.®/ Hardee’s® Gift Card.
