If you visited a Outback restaurant recently, you can go to the website www.Telloutback.com to take part in The Outback Customer Survey and leave your feedback about your experience. As a reward, you could have a chance to win $1,000 cash prize by completing the survey.

How to participate in the survey?

To start, you should have a recent Outback receipt at hand. If yes, follow these steps:

1. Open the survey site www.Telloutback.com, enter the 18-digit survey code located in the middle of your recent Outback receipt. Click on the "Start" arrow to continue.

2. Then you need to select which store and what time you have visited. After that, you can start to answer the survey questions regarding your experience at the restaurant. Questions like these:

• How likely are you to recommend us to a friend? 
• Did a member of staff acknowledge you? 
• How would you rate their members of staff? Just give your true thoughts based on your experience.

3. At the end of the survey, you'll be invited to take part in the customer survey sweepstakes. Just submit your contact information so that you can receive an entry automatically.

Prizes and Rules:

There will be one Grand Prize and eighty First Prizes in each drawing period. Each Grand Prize is consisting of $1,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check and each First Prize is consisting of a $50 Bloomin’ Brands Gift card.
